I love that Nicole Scherzinger took her character as a cue for the London Premier of MIB3 in a wonderfully sculpted gown by Cengiz Abazoglu.  (I wish I had a phonetic guide how to pronounce his name!)  The dress was perfect for the occasion. The purple Herve Leger was gorgeous on her, but this dress works so much better in the theme of things.

Admittedly, we have hoped to get one of our one-of-a-kind gowns on her for a premier,  but it’s a plain old long shot!

I do wish people,  the news, &  media would get over the dominatrix label when referring to a woman who wears her leather with authority!

It just buys in to every old school leather cliche and,  I am – we all are – SO OVER IT!  It’s like watching the Rock n’ Roll Hall of Fame & who gives into cliche -or not…

Unfortunately,  hair doesn’t seem to have the same bad rep (yet).  Hair is allowed to go unkempt,  unaltered, & uncared for. Donovan & the GnR drummer are our version of the ladies who grew up drawing their eyebrows on – It looked right at the moment- but why continue?  (Somehow Ron Wood remains untouched- he can get away with anything!)

Leather has a bad rap because of this mindset- time to get over it- Move ahead!  Behind every woman who can wear leather with authority is an equally secure man.  Thank You.
